  The Niagara Region has finally entered Stage 3, therefore the real estate industry can now hold physical open houses. It has been a long journey to this point, and its exciting to see the community enter a new stage of normalcy. The Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) has provided realtors with in-depth guidelines to ensure the safety of all parties involved in an open house. Some of these guidelines include setting a time limit and guest limit inside the home, mask requirements, and avoid touching items once inside.
